Service Description
An opportunity to work on functional movements in a fun and formal setting programmed by me :) during these sessions we will focus on quality reps, improving range of motion while working on our strength and conditioning! Team Training is for anyone who wants to build confidence in the gym, learn new lifts/movements, push their limits while encouraging others to do the same!
